1. The Cartwright Act, which prohibits "trusts" -- that is, combinations that restrain trade;

2. The Unfair Practices Act which prohibits certain types of pricing practices such as sales below cost and price discrimination;

3. The Unfair Competition Law, which broadly prohibits unlawful, unfair, and fraudulent business practices; and

4. The False Advertising Statute, which prohibits false advertising.
